How I Built a Full Analytics Dashboard in One Day

I run two websites — my portfolio (4ugusta.dev) and my agency (4ugusta.agency). Both have Google Analytics, Search Console, and the agency has Google Ads running. Switching between three Google dashboards for two properties was eating 20 minutes every morning.

So I built my own dashboard. One screen, both sites, all metrics.
