Building a Real-Time Couples App with Flutter and Firebase

Pulse is a couples app I built in Flutter. Two people connect their accounts and get a shared dashboard with live location, cycle tracking, status updates, and a private chat. Everything syncs in real time.

The interesting engineering isn't the UI — it's the Firebase architecture that makes two phones stay perfectly in sync.

The first challenge: how do two people connect their accounts? Phone numbers require verification. Email requires typing. I used QR codes.
